• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India. Applicants should also have good knowledge of English shorthand and typing with a minimum speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in English typing, along with basic knowledge of computer applications such as data entry, word processing, and computer operations.
