- Must possess any one of the recognized computer qualifications such as NIELIT O/CCC, COPA/DPCS, Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Computer Science or Computer Application, 12th with Computer subject, Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science, RSCIT, or any other equivalent government-recognized qualification.
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari script is mandatory.
